Donation Policy
1 Purpose: At 4 Friends Experience, we deeply appreciate the generosity of individuals, organizations, and businesses that support our mission. This Donation Policy outlines our approach to managing donations to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with our goals.
2. Acceptance of Donations
• Eligibility: Donations are accepted from individuals, businesses, foundations, and other organizations that align with our mission and values.
• Forms of Donation: We accept monetary contributions, in-kind donations (e.g., goods or services), and sponsorships.
• Approval Process: Large donations or contributions with specific restrictions may require review and approval by the Board of Directors.
3. Use of Donations
• Donations will be used solely to support the programs, operations, and activities of 4 Friends Experience.
• Restricted donations will be used for the specified purpose if the restriction aligns with our mission.
• Any funds received in excess of a specific campaign’s needs may be redirected to other areas of need within the organization.
4. Transparency and Reporting
• Donors will receive acknowledgment and receipts for their contributions, as required for tax purposes.

5. Donor Rights and Privacy

• Donors have the right to request removal from mailing or contact lists at any time.

6. Refusal of Donations
• 4 Friends Experience reserves the right to decline donations that may:

• Create obligations that conflict with our mission or ethical standards.
• Originate from sources associated with illegal or unethical practices.
7. Refund Policy
• Donations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for errors or extraordinary circumstances.
8. Acknowledgment of Donations
• Donors will receive timely acknowledgment for their contributions. Public recognition will only occur with the donor’s consent.
9. Policy Review
